Pittsburgh acquired forward Ryan Reaves from the St. Louis Blues during Day 1 of the NHL Draft at Chicago's United Center on Friday night.

The 6-foot-1, 225-pound Reaves is signed through the 2017-18 season, and he carries a salary of $1.125 million.

The Pens and their postseason success have been nothing short of the routine for the best team still alive. Even on their worst night, it is hard for me to find much wrong with the Penguins and its second straight push for glory.

Jake Guentzel scored a pair of goals and the Penguins scored three times in the opening 3:26 of the third period for a 4-1 win over Nashville and a 2-0 series lead in the 2017 Stanley Cup Final.

Forget stats.  They’re just subjective numbers in a game like this.
